Service Description
Gently release tension without needing to move up and down from the floor. This class is designed specifically for those managing persistent pain and seeking support for deeper, more restful sleep. Each session uses gentle chair-based poses and supportive wall options, helping you build comfort and ease in movement without straining. You’ll have adaptable options throughout, allowing you to engage each pose only to the level that feels good for your body. For this class, you’ll need a stable chair with a flat seat and two to three cushions. If you’re on the shorter side, placing blocks under your feet can ensure that your knees are level with or just below your hips when seated. For the relaxation and guided meditation at the end, bring a warm blanket and an eye pillow to promote deep relaxation and prepare your body and mind for rest.
