Service Description

Join my Pain Care Floor Yoga class to find relief, relaxation, and support for restful sleep. This gentle practice blends soothing yoga poses with mindful breathing to help release tension, improve mobility, and ease persistent pain. Suitable for all levels, the class focuses on building resilience, increasing comfort in movement, and supporting overall well-being for a healthier, pain-managed body. You may find props helpful for this class. Many participants enjoy practising on a yoga mat, with a cushion for seated and kneeling poses, and a chair or wall nearby for balance support. For the guided meditation and śavāsana at the end, I recommend having a pillow, bolster, and warm blanket to enhance comfort and relaxation. This class requires you to be able to move from standing to the floor with ease. If you struggle to get down to the mat or to stand back up, please consider booking the Pain Care Chair Yoga class instead. However, if this is your first session, please ensure you complete the Health Waiver, which will be emailed to you shortly after booking, and return it to me before the session begins.
