Whether you’re looking to manage persistent pain, improve sleep quality, or find gentle movement that supports your healing, a 1:1 session can help you make meaningful progress toward relief and well-being. Each session is fully customised to meet your specific needs, honouring your current abilities and goals. This booking is for a single 1:1 session. If you’re interested in ongoing support, please check out my discounted Membership Plans for multiple sessions. For those new to working with me, I typically recommend starting with 6 to 12 weekly sessions to establish your practice and start experiencing the benefits of consistent care.
