FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
General
Q: Who are your sessions suitable for?
A: All sessions, whether massage or yoga, are suitable for adults of all fitness levels and experience. Treatments and practices are adapted to your individual needs, abilities, and goals. However, please remember that yoga and massage therapy are complementary therapies, and are designed to support wellbeing, not replace medical care. If you have an acute injury, illness, or are under medical treatment, please consult your healthcare provider first.
Q: Where do sessions take place?
A: All treatments and yoga sessions take place in my calm, private home studio in the South Lakes. The space is designed to be welcoming, cosy, and comfortable - a place where you can truly switch off and relax.
Q: What should I wear for my session?
A: For massage, undress to your comfort level - you’ll always be appropriately draped with towels during the treatment. For yoga sessions, wear comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows you to move freely.
Q: How do I prepare for my appointment?
A: Try to arrive a few minutes early so you can settle in before your session. It’s best to avoid eating a heavy meal or drinking alcohol beforehand. After your treatment, drink plenty of water and allow some quiet time to rest if possible.
Q: Do you have a cancellation policy?
A: Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours before your session. See the Terms of Service for full details.
