ĀSANA
Āsana (आसन ) refers to physical postures designed to promote strength, flexibility, and ease. Regular āsana practice enhances physical well-being, improving mobility and relieving tension. BREATHWORK

On a physical level, breathwork offers numerous benefits: it optimises respiratory function, enhances lung capacity, and strengthens respiratory muscles. Deep breathing practises boost oxygen intake, naturally increasing energy levels. This practice not only supports physical vitality but also fosters mental clarity, emotional balance, and overall well-being, making it a valuable tool for a healthier lifestyle.


SOMATIC MOVEMENT
Somatic movement involves mindfully exploring bodily sensations and patterns through gentle, fluid movements. It encourages us to deepen our awareness of how we move, breathe, and feel in the present moment.
