These terms explain how you can use this website, book sessions, and purchase services or products. By booking, purchasing, or using the site, you agree to these terms.

1. Key Definitions

You / Client / User — anyone using this site or booking a service.
I / Me / Sally Gardner Yoga — the service provider.
Services — yoga therapy, massage, consultations, group classes, online sessions, and packages.
Products — digital or physical items, including eGift Cards and downloadable content.
Content — all text, images, and materials created and owned by Sally Gardner Yoga.

2. General Use

• You must be 16 or older to use this site or book a service.

• All information you provide must be accurate and current.

• You are responsible for keeping your account details and password secure.

• Please do not share, copy, or resell any website content without written permission.

• All yoga and massage sessions are complementary therapies, not medical treatment.

• Always consult a healthcare professional if you have concerns or medical conditions.

• I cannot be held responsible for injury or health issues arising from participation in any session or programme.

3. Ownership & Copyright

All content, branding, and materials on this website are owned by Sally Gardner Yoga.
Please do not copy, reproduce, or distribute any material without written permission.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

- Massage & Yoga Sessions

• Sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours in advance via your account or by email.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged in full.

• Packages can be cancelled within 30 days of purchase, provided sessions haven’t started.

• If part of a package has been used, sessions already taken will be charged at the standard rate, and the remaining balance refunded.

• Refunds are not available for sessions that have already taken place.

- Digital Products & Online Courses

• Refunds are not available once access or download has begun.

• Refunds will only be issued if:

  • there’s a technical issue preventing access,

  • a duplicate order was made, or

  • the payment was fraudulent.

• Please report any problems within 24 hours of purchase.

- eGift Cards

• Valid for 24 months from purchase.

• Redeemable only for services or products on this website.

• Cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.

• You have a 14-day right to cancel an unused eGift Card purchased online.

• Once used, even in part, it cannot be refunded.

• Treat eGift Cards like cash; lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.

5. Professional Conduct

All treatments are strictly professional and therapeutic.
Any inappropriate behaviour, comments, or requests will result in immediate termination of the session, with the full fee still payable.
Respectful communication is expected in all emails, calls, and messages.

6. Acceptable Use of This Website

When using this site, you agree not to:

• Break any laws or regulations.

• Send spam, malware, or harmful content.

• Copy, share, or resell content without permission.

• Abuse or harass via email, social media, or messaging.

Misuse of the website or services may result in account suspension or reporting.
