Each plan includes a carefully tailored programme built around your individual needs, goals and progress. Depending on your circumstances, your programme may include therapeutic massage, yoga therapy, movement practices, relaxation techniques, breathwork and self-care strategies to support you between appointments.
These are not discounted sessions. They are structured therapeutic programmes that allow us to work together over time, creating the space for deeper recovery, sustainable change and long-term wellbeing.
