Therapeutic massage works directly with the body to release what you've been holding: tight muscles, accumulated stress, the physical weight of a busy life. When that tension is given somewhere to go, the effects ripple outward - better sleep, a calmer mind, more ease in how you move through your days.

Sessions are available in 60, 90, and 120 minutes, fully personalised to what your body and mind need that day, trauma-aware, evidence-informed, and never rushed. A 30-minute Breathe and Stretch session can also be added to any massage, to carry that sense of ease a little further into your day.
